Was on my trip home from Cincinnati (live out of state) this week when my car’s rpm’s were all out of wack and my car was unable to accelerate properly. Found this place online in a panic and called them immediately. I was able to limp to the shop all to find out a mouse had chewed my speed sensor’s wires (not good). Everyone was very nice and understanding. They were able to fix it and send me on my way in less than two hours. All while charging a more than reasonable price. I appreciate each and everyone who works there and would happily recommend to anyone in need of top-notch service.

Had a very bad experience with the business after spending $3,297. And having all these services done to my car for preventive maintenance and general repair to make sure that my wife's car don't break down on the freeway guess what it did went back to the business was treated very poorly as like my money that I spent with them was nothing hey they might be good unfortunately I'm that one they went for service and got horrible service have the receipt to prove it and the picture of the tow truck picking my wife up on the freeway after getting work done at Westside Auto Care go at your own risk cuz they took my money should have spent my hard earned money with a with a black-owned business

I’ve had a great experience working with Nick at West Side Auto. He manages the shop well and has always been easy to work with throughout the entire process. Nick communicates clearly, takes the time to explain what’s going on, and makes sure you understand your options without any pressure. He’s straightforward, responsive, and keeps things moving efficiently. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with vehicle evaluations and repairs, but Nick makes the process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him and the team at West Side Auto.

Someone hit my car in a parking lot a few days ago and scraped up the front end pretty badly. I took it to Westside Auto Care and they completely took care of it. The repair and paint work they did is incredible, the front end honestly looks better than it did when the car was new. Everyone there was professional, helpful, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you need body or paint work done, I highly recommend them.

Today I brought my car into Westside Auto Care to have my new Wolfbox G900Pro 12MP WiFi Smart Touch Screen Rear View Mirror Dash Cam installed, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. The install was done with every single option fully integrated, and the final result looks so clean and seamless that you would swear it came directly from the factory. No loose wiring, no shortcuts, just absolute perfection. Beyond the flawless workmanship, the experience itself was incredible.
